We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or incorrect upon arrival. Returns for reasons of personal preference, size, or minor imperfections (such as loose threads, slight wrinkles, or pattern variations) are not accepted.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact our customer service at service@veybe.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, name, item number, reason for return, and a photo of the item.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed using the original form of payment.
