Delivery & Shipping

VEYBE currently ships to selected Southeast Asia countries, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. We do not ship to other countries or regions at this time.

Shipping Area

Shipping is available only to the following destinations:

  • Singapore
  • Malaysia
  • Thailand
  • Philippines
  • Vietnam
  • Indonesia
  • Japan
  • South Korea
  • Taiwan

Orders with shipping addresses outside the destinations listed above cannot be fulfilled. Shipping to all other countries and regions is not available.

Shipping Fee

Free shipping is available for orders of US$120 or more.

For orders below US$120, shipping fees are charged by destination:

  • Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam: US$8.99
  • Indonesia: US$11.99
  • Japan: US$8.90
  • South Korea: US$5.00
  • Taiwan: US$5.90

Currency & Payment

Storefront prices may be displayed in the local currency for your selected destination as estimated reference amounts. A ~ symbol indicates an approximate local-currency amount. Reference amounts are converted automatically from USD using current exchange-rate data and may vary slightly.

Checkout, order confirmation, and final payment are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) through our payment provider. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3-7 business days after your order is confirmed. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not included in the processing period.

Processing and dispatch may take longer during peak periods, promotional events, public holidays, or when additional order verification is required. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched.

Estimated Transit Time

  • Taiwan standard delivery: around 6-7 business days after dispatch
  • Other standard delivery: around 5-7 business days after dispatch
  • Express delivery: around 1-3 business days after dispatch, where available

Please note that these estimates do not include the order date or order processing time. Delivery times may vary by destination, payment confirmation timing, customs clearance, logistics conditions, and carrier delays.

Important Notes

  • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before payment. We cannot guarantee successful delivery if the address is incomplete or incorrect.
  • Customers in Taiwan should enter the recipient name and shipping address in Chinese to help prevent delivery exceptions or delays.
  • If a parcel is refused by the recipient, cannot be delivered due to recipient-related reasons, or is not collected after multiple delivery attempts, the logistics provider may destroy the parcel instead of returning it to us. In this case, we may not be able to issue a refund.
  • If an item fails quality inspection before dispatch, we will replace it with a qualified item before shipping. This may cause a short delay.

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at service@veybe.com within 3 business days of receiving the package.

Order Tracking

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
